One Dozen of Soft Snickerdoodles

What is a snickerdoodle? There aren’t any Snickers bars in there and nobody has doodled anywhere important. A snickerdoodle is kind of like a sugar cookie, but with cinnamon and sugar in the dough and rolled on just before being lovingly baked by Auntie Jen herself.

If you think a snickerdoodle is a dunker, you’re going to be sadly disappointed. These cookies are soft, delicious, and a perfect sugary snack to have in your lunchbox, with tea, in the morning with coffee, or to be kept in a cookie jar next to your bed in case of a midnight cookie emergency. (Don’t pretend like you’ve never had a midnight cookie emergency!)
